Okay, it’s been a lazy summer. I haven’t been feeling too well. Plus, the first year in this Dubai heat is brutal. However, there are lots of cool indoor fitness activities for you to do in Dubai. Like most of the events going on, it’s a case of knowing where to look.
Like this: Mall of the Emirates have just announced they are running FREE FlyWheel and FlyBarre classes on the 3rd and 4th of August! To take part, all you have to do is register on their website. The classes run from 8.00am – 9.00am in the large atrium down near Ski Dubai. Considering one Flywheel or FlyBarre class normally costs up to 120AED, this is a great way to give it a go! If you are looking for something a little less strenuous, there are also Mall Walkers and Mall Circuit sessions on the 1st and 2nd of August. Hopefully we will see some more fitness options available from the Mall of the Emirates in the coming weeks!
If you’re willing to spend a bit to try lots of different studios and options, Guavapass may also be a good investment. It provides access to up to three sessions per month at a number of exclusive clubs throughout Dubai, if you buy the 499AED option. To see an example of the classes available, you can visit the GuavaPass homepage. You can also access a number of classes throughout cities in Asia, if you are wanting to keep up your fitness regime while traveling.
In addition to the 15AED Les Mills classes available at Dubai Sports World (free for Fitness360 members!), and a range of other fitness offers available throughout Dubai, there is no excuse to be staying inside all summer. I’ll keep telling myself that as I write this post on the couch.
